Will I be in a trance and not remember anything? No, you are in a state of relaxation that momentarily allows the cognitive mind (the chatterbox) to be still so that we can access the subconscious mind that has 95% of the control of our thoughts and behaviours.
What if I can’t do it? Don’t worry, you will find that it is the easiest thing and we will practice first too. It is simply a chance for you to really relax and enjoy healing at a deep level without having to do anything much at all!
I am a bit anxious about not being in control? That is incorrect. You will be in full control all the time. It is not like being asleep where you are not in control, you are actually more aware and more alert in hypnosis.
How long does a session last? Usually between 2-2 and a half hours.
Will I be cured? This is dependent on many factors, but a lot of clients find that 1 session is sufficient. For more deeply rooted issues, however, more may be necessary.
How will I feel afterwards? You may feel quite tired or you may feel full of life! It depends. Often there is a real sense of something having shifted.
What happens after my session? You will be sent/given a recording of the hypnosis transformation written just for you. I will follow up with you the following day and then at the end of the 21 days.
Will it work? RTT always works. It sometimes requires more than 1 session but often just one. Sometimes the change is instant and other times is more gradual but it always has an impact for the better.
